2009 Terms and Conditions
Confirmation of Booking A contract shall exist between you (the lead name) and MBMB Holidays Limited when a signed booking form and deposit (plus insurance premiums where appropriate) is received and your holiday confirmation is dispatched. Holidays start at 2 pm on the first day and end at 10 am on the last day.
Payment of Balance Payment of final balance must be received eight weeks before the commencement of holiday. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation charges.
Cancellation Charges Cancellation notice is required in writing and charges may be made as listed below:

| 2-3 weeks | 70% of holiday cost |
| Under 2 weeks | 100% of holiday cost |
MBMB free airport transfer service Applies only to Saturday transfers (or Thursday and Monday for weekend breaks). If you have to travel any other day of the week, a private third party will cover the service at a cost of €40 per person per shuttle (prices correct at time of printing).
MBMB guides are not high mountain guides They are people with extensive local knowledge and, for safety reasons, will only guide clients on marked trails. Clients must make their own judgments on their own abilities, although we will help with this process. Riders ride entirely at their own risk.
MBMB Vehicles Transport in and around the Chamonix valley during the holiday in the MBMB vehicle is a gratuitous service and may be withdrawn due to circumstances beyond the control of MBMB (i.e. adverse weather, breakdown, illness). We will however endeavour to maintain a service if this should happen. MBMB clients travel in MBMB vehicles at their own risk.
Insufficient bookings In the unlikely event that there are insufficient bookings for one of the MBMB Tour holidays, rendering a trip financially impractical to run, we reserve the right to offer clients the Classic Chalet Holiday plus partial reimbursement or cancellation plus full reimbursement.
Jurisdiction The conditions and any contract to which they apply are governed in all aspects by British law.
In accordance with “The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations of 1992”, all passengers booking with Mont Blanc Mountain Biking Limited are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Mont Blanc Mountain Biking. There is no requirement for Financial Protection of day trips, and none is provided.
